Julia Mastorakos
Julia is a graduate student intern currently working toward her Master's degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at the University of Colorado Denver. She provides one-on-one, individualized therapy for adults and is deeply passionate about expanding access to mental health care for the New Hampshire seacoast community.
Julia has developing interests in ADHD, relationship concerns, Sex Therapy, women's issues, trauma, and grief. Julia is certified in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and values its potential to help clients process through difficult experiences. Her therapeutic perspective is informed by Narrative Therapy, Feminist Therapy, and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) with an emphasis on collaboration, empowerment, and honoring clients' lived experiences.
Julia believes that healing is not linear and is committed to creating a supportive space where individuals can explore their stories, build coping skills, and work toward creating meaningful change.
