This program is led by Brittany Barberian, LCMHC, LMHC, LCPC, licensed in New Hampshire, Massachusetts, and Maine. Brittany is an EMDRIA Approved Consultant, NH Board Approved Clinical Supervisor, and the owner of Compass of Hope. She is also actively pursuing her MLADC license.
Brittany’s passion is helping therapists integrate EMDR into their practice in a way that is both clinically sound and personally rewarding. She provides:
- Individual and group consultation for clinicians completing their Basic Training requirements.
- Certification consultation for professionals seeking EMDRIA certification.
- Specialized support for those working with adults and children, including trauma (complex and single-incident), anxiety, phobias, and grief.
- Practical guidance from her experience as a contracted EMDR Consulting coach.
With offices in Concord, Hooksett, and Hampton, NH, and convenient virtual consultation options, Brittany offers a supportive, collaborative environment where clinicians can grow their EMDR knowledge, sharpen their interventions, and improve therapeutic outcomes.

EMDR Consultation Rates
Individual Consultation
- $140/hour
- One-on-one guidance tailored to your caseload, EMDR skills, and professional growth.
- Flexible scheduling available (in-person or virtual).
Group Consultation
- $70/hour per person (2–3 participants)
- $50/hour per person (4+ participants)
- Collaborative learning environment with peers.
- Ideal for discussing cases, receiving feedback, and completing required consultation hours at a reduced rate.
Certification Package
- 20 hours required for EMDRIA Certification
- 10 individual hours required
