Our Medication-Assisted Treatment (MAT) services are designed to support individuals struggling with substance misuse and behavioral addictions through a holistic, evidence-based approach. We offer MAT both in-person at our offices in Hooksett, Concord, and Hampton, NH, and via telehealth for patients across New Hampshire & Massachusetts.

What is MAT?

MAT combines FDA-approved medications with psychiatric care, therapy, and recovery support to treat:

  • Opioid Use Disorder (OUD)
  • Alcohol Use Disorder (AUD)
  • Stimulant Use Disorders
  • Behavioral Addictions (e.g., pornography, gambling)


This integrated approach is proven to increase retention in treatment, reduce relapse, and support individuals in regaining control over their lives.

Medications We Use

Our psychiatric providers are experienced in prescribing

and managing the following MAT options:

Long Acting Injectable Medications:

  • Brixadi® – Weekly or monthly buprenorphine
  • Sublocade® – Monthly buprenorphine injection
  • Vivitrol® – Monthly naltrexone injection for alcohol or opioid relapse prevention

Oral Medications:


  • Suboxone® – Buprenorphine/naloxone tablets or strips
  • Naltrexone (Oral) – Generic form of Vivitrol, daily pill

Please note: We do not prescribe Methadone.

Our MAT Process

  1. Initial Psychiatric Evaluation (60 mins) – Covered by most insurance. We assess your history, substance use, mental health, and treatment goals.
  2. Collaborative Treatment Plan – Medication options are discussed and aligned with your needs and preferences.
  3. Ongoing Care – Regular follow-ups to monitor progress, adjust medications, and integrate therapy or community supports.
  4. Holistic Support – We encourage therapy and recovery coaching for comprehensive healing.
