Ryen Espo, MSW, LICSW

Ryen provides a calm and compassionate environment for individuals to grow and to heal. She utilizes the idea of holistic well-being and pulls from a variety of modalities to assist in the therapeutic process including Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing Therapy (EMDR), Internal Family Systems (IFS), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Mindfulness.
Ryen takes a person centered approach and believe that a healthy client-therapist relationship is essential to the therapeutic process. She works with adults 18+ and has a special interest in working with women, individuals navigating life transitions, trauma, grief, individuals impacted by Alzheimer’s Disease or related dementias, caregivers and perinatal mental health.
