Erik Gray

A graduate of the Marriage and Family Therapy program at the University of New Hampshire, Erik currently serves as a clinical supervisor in our practice. He has served in a number of diverse roles over the course of his career, in both the private and public sectors. Erik began his training running PHP/IOP groups for dual-diagnosis (mood disorders and substance use disorders) teens and adolescents before moving to a full-time role at the Department of Veteran's affairs in Manchester, NH. Erik transitioned into the private sector in 2025 after leaving the VA. Erik has a pragmatic and structured approach to therapy, primarily using techniques from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Brief Solution Focused Therapy, and Narrative Therapy.
