Sometimes life can feel overwhelming and knowing where to turn for support can be hard. Aline’s approach is to meet you where you are and provide a caring and nonjudgmental space for sharing. Together we will develop a road map that empowers you to work towards your desired outcomes. Aline works with 18+ adults using personalized therapeutic approaches from EMDR, Motivational Interviewing (MI), Internal Family Systems (IFS), the Townsend Model to resolve deep-seated wounds that impact how you view yourself and relate to others. She specializes in treating adults affected by trauma, abuse, grief, anxiety, addiction, eating disorders, gender identity, relational issues, low self-esteem, ADHD, language-based learning differences, life changes and transitions, and issues of faith, including church trauma. We all have inner strength and resilience to get through and heal from life’s most painful and challenging experiences. Together, we will forge progress toward a life worth living, filled with hope and vitality.

Education- Clinical Mental Health Counseling, MA (anticipated graduation August 2026)
