Mira Clark

Student Intern

Mira is a Master of Social Work candidate at Regis College and is joining Compass of Hope as an Intern Therapist to provide a space where clients can explore their strengths and growing edges with confidence, security, and peace.

Mira works with teens (16+) and adults, and has particular interest in working with older adults, neurodivergent individuals, and people healing from deep loss or longstanding emotional wounds.

Utilizing a trauma-informed, strengths-based, and neurodivergent-affirming approach, Mira draws from a variety of therapeutic modalities including Internal Family Systems (IFS),Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), and Mindfulness. Mira meets each client where they are and tailors each session to honor each client’s unique presentation and being.

Mira understands that healing is not linear; that grief, trauma, and the weight of caregiving or service work can profoundly impact all aspects of one's life. Mira views therapy as a partnership, with the goal of creating a space where clients feel seen, safe, and supported, whether the goal is processing profound loss, managing overwhelm, or seeking a deeper understanding of self.
