Marie is a Clinical Mental Health Counseling (CMHC) intern who provides a compassionate, supportive space where clients feel truly seen, respected, and empowered. Her approach integrates practical, evidence-based strategies with emotional depth, offering a grounded, safe environment for healing and growth.

Whether processing the past or adapting to life’s present demands, Marie helps clients cultivate insight, resilience, and meaningful, lasting change.

Her counseling style is person-centered and collaborative, meeting clients where they are, guiding them through reflection, curiosity, and skill-building. Marie draws from a range of evidence-based modalities, including but not limited to, CBT, DBT, ACT, mindfulness, EMDR, and ERP, thoughtfully tailoring each session to her client’s unique needs and goals.

She is especially attuned to family dynamics, emotional regulation, boundary setting, confidence building, and the deep, personal work of reconnecting with oneself.
