Katie takes a holistic, humanistic approach to therapy—one that honors the deep connection between mind, body, and spirit. She fosters a warm, collaborative environment where clients feel safe to explore their experiences, build self-awareness, and move toward meaningful, lasting change.
Her clinical work focuses on trauma, obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD), and spiritual or existential concerns. Katie draws from a variety of evidence-based and integrative modalities, including Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Internal Family Systems (IFS), Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), and mindfulness practices.
Katie’s goal is to help clients reconnect with their core values and inner strengths, empowering them to navigate life with greater clarity, resilience, and authenticity.
