Treating Adults, Teens, Children

I am a graduate student at Walden University, pursuing my Master of Social Work degree and expected to graduate in Winter 2027. Through my experiences working with diverse populations, I have developed a strong passion for supporting individuals with compassion, empathy, and understanding. I have interests in trauma, postpartum, navigating life transitions, and relationships.

I have completed basic training in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing which has strengthened my understanding of trauma informed care and healing approaches. I strive to create a safe and welcoming space where you feel heard, validated, and empowered. My therapeutic approach incorporates Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and mindfulness-based techniques.

Healing and personal growth are not always easy processes, I strive to walk alongside you with care and encouragement every step of the way. Together we can work toward building insights, develop healthy coping skills, and helping you feel equipped with the tools to thrive.
