Hello, I’m Darline Hilaire, a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner, and I’m very delighted to be joining Compass of Hope.

I am very passionate and compassionate about what I do. My daily goal is to make a difference in people's lives. Personally, mental health is about more than treating symptoms. It is about listening, building trust, understanding the person behind the diagnosis, and creating a safe space where patients feel heard and respected. I believe every individual’s story is different, and their care should reflect that.

I earned my Master’s degree in Psychiatric Mental Health Nursing and hold licenses in both Massachusetts and New Hampshire. My clinical background includes psychiatric medication management and trauma-informed care, emphasizing thoughtful, individualized treatment.

I strive to build trust and strong relationships with the people I work with, partnering with them in making decisions about their care. I aim to combine clinical knowledge and evidence-based practice with empathy, respect, and genuine understanding.

I’m grateful for the opportunity to become part of the Compass of Hope team. I look forward to connectiong with patients, learning their stories, and supporting them as they work toward greater mental health stability, healing, and emotional well-being.
