Claudia is a PsyD intern from Rivier University who focuses on using an eclectic, client-centered, and strengths-focused approach to foster a safe, supportive environment for growth and exploration. She holds a master's degree in Thanatology (death, dying, and bereavement studies), and a bachelor’s degree in psychology with a focus on child and adolescent development. Claudia has a particular interest in working with children and young people going through difficult times, including trauma, chronic illness, terminal illness, disability, and grief. She believes that psychoeducation is important in the process of therapy for the client to better understand themselves and what options they have for treatment and support.
