Julia is a graduate student intern currently working toward her Master's degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at the University of Colorado Denver. She provides one-on-one, individualized therapy for children, teens, and adults and is deeply passionate about expanding access to mental health care for the New Hampshire seacoast community.

Julia has interests in ADHD, relationship concerns, sex therapy, women's issues, trauma, and grief. Julia has completed basic training in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), and her therapeutic perspective is informed by narrative therapy, feminist therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), and dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT). Julia values collaboration, empowerment, and honoring clients’ lived experiences within sessions.

Julia believes that healing is not linear and is committed to creating a supportive space where individuals can explore their stories, build coping skills, and work toward creating meaningful change.
