She/her/hers

Treating Adults, Teens, Children

Julia is a Master of Social Work student at Sacred Heart University who is passionate about creating a warm, supportive space where clients feel comfortable being themselves. She believes that everyone deserves to feel heard, understood, and valued, and she strives to make therapy feel approachable, collaborative, and even a little less intimidating.

Julia has a background in child welfare, which has shaped her understanding of how early experiences and environments impact emotional well-being. She is especially interested in working with children, teens, and young adults, and enjoys helping clients navigate life’s challenges while building confidence, resilience, and healthy coping skills.

With a naturally creative personality, Julia hopes to incorporate elements of art and expressive therapies into her work. She is also interested in exploring a variety of therapeutic approaches, including Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and other evidence-based practices, to best support each client’s unique needs. She values creativity as a powerful way to explore emotions, tell stories, and connect in ways that words sometimes cannot.

Julia’s approach is compassionate, down-to-earth, and genuine. She aims to create a space where clients can laugh, reflect, and grow, while feeling safe enough to talk about the hard stuff as well.
