Jordana received her undergraduate degree in psychology from the College of Charleston and her Master’s in forensic psychology from Arizona State University. She has a background in working with children on the Autism Spectrum, as well as children facing school-based difficulties. Jordana’s areas of interest include pediatric psychotherapy, working with families, and helping individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder navigate their challenges by providing skills-building, healthy coping strategies, and confidence-building.
Jordana hopes to help clients through Person-Centered Therapy and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT). She is interested in exploring other therapy modalities, such as Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), to best support each client’s needs. She values collaboration and play therapies as powerful tools for exploring emotions, relationships, and a sense of self.
Jordana’s approach to counseling is cheerful and compassionate. She aims to create a space where clients can be fully themselves, reflect on their lives, and feel safe to grow.
