Hi, I’m Sarah! I am a student intern who is passionate about supporting couples in navigating relationship challenges. I have a deep interest in helping couples learn new communication and conflict resolution skills so their connection and understanding of one another can grow and transform. Wherever you are in your process and journey, whether trying to change habits or wanting to strengthen your bond, I aim to create a supportive space to learn alongside your partner. I really believe that therapy works best when it is collaborative and rooted in curiosity, connection, compassion, and attunement. My approach is guided by systems and attachment-based theories, mindfulness, and nervous system regulation to focus on how our identities, attitudes, and behaviors shape our relationship patterns with others.
