Sarah Stuart

Hi, I’m Sarah! I am a student intern who is passionate about supporting couples in navigating relationship challenges. I believe therapy works best when it is collaborative and rooted in curiosity, connection, compassion, and attunement. My approach is guided by systems and attachment-based theories, mindfulness, and nervous system regulation, with a special focus on how our relationship patterns with others shape our identities, attitudes, and behaviors. I am interested in helping couples explore new ways to communicate, cope, and resolve conflict with understanding, awareness, and empathy.
