At Compass of Hope Counseling, we offer compassionate and clinically precise neuropsychological testing for adults across New Hampshire. Whether you're struggling with focus, memory, processing issues, or emotional challenges, our assessments can bring clarity to your experience and guide next steps.
Our adult evaluations are conducted by licensed clinicians at our Concord, Hooksett, and Hampton locations. We work with clients ages 18 and up, including college students, working professionals, and older adults seeking insight into cognitive or emotional functioning.

We offer both targeted and full-battery options depending on your needs:

ADHD Evaluation for Adults - $1200
Includes:
- Diagnostic interview

for Adults – $2,250
- Diagnostic interview

Adult Full Battery Evaluation - $3500
Recommended for clients with complex concerns, multiple challenges, or unclear diagnoses. This comprehensive option includes:
- Extensive intake interview
- Full cognitive and emotional testing battery
- Input from significant others (when applicable)
- Detailed diagnostic report
- 60-minute feedback and planning session
All neuropsychological testing is direct pay only. We accept cash, checks, credit/debit cards, and HSA/FSA accounts. Payment plans may be available. While Compass of Hope does not bill insurance directly for testing, some clients may qualify for out-of-network reimbursement depending on their plan.

The Neuropsych Testing Process for Our Adult Clients:
Step 1: Initial Intake Consultation – $300
A one-hour session to discuss your concerns and determine the best evaluation path. Fee is applied to your total cost if you move forward.
Step 2: Testing Sessions
Scheduled in a calm and professional setting, often completed over 1–2 appointments.
Step 3: Clinical Interpretation & Report
We review your results and prepare a thorough yet easy-to-understand report.
Step 4: Feedback Appointment
Your clinician will meet with you to go over results and guide you in implementing any recommended supports or accommodations.
