At Compass of Hope Counseling, our full battery neuropsychological evaluations offer an in-depth view of an individual’s cognitive, emotional, academic, and behavioral functioning. Whether for a child, adolescent, or adult, these comprehensive assessments provide the diagnostic clarity needed for meaningful, long-term support.
Available at our Concord, Hooksett, and Hampton locations, our full battery testing is conducted by licensed clinicians with experience in both psychological science and person-centered care.
What is Full Battery Neuropsychological Testing?
A full battery assessment is the gold standard for understanding the whole person—from how they learn and solve problems, to how they regulate emotions, process information, and interact with the world around them.

When to Consider a Full Battery Evaluation
A full battery may be appropriate when:
- Multiple concerns are present (e.g., ADHD and learning challenges)
- A previous diagnosis needs clarification or reevaluation
- Documentation is needed for IEPs, 504 Plans, or workplace accommodations
- Symptoms are complex or do not clearly fit one diagnosis
- There has been a sudden change in functioning after illness, trauma, or injury
This type of evaluation offers a 360-degree view to guide school, work, and therapeutic planning.
Pricing & Inclusions
We offer full battery testing for both children and adults:

Child Full Battery (with academic testing) - $5000

Child Full Battery (without academic testing) - $4250

Adult Full Battery - $3500

Each comprehensive evaluation includes:
- Detailed intake consultation
- All relevant cognitive, emotional, behavioral, and academic assessments
- Parent, teacher, or partner input (when applicable)
- Complete written diagnostic report with results and recommendations
- 60-minute feedback session with your clinician to discuss next steps
All full battery evaluations are direct pay only. Accepted forms of payment include cash, check, credit/debit card, HSA and FSA. Payment plans may be available. Depending on your insurance, some reimbursement may be possible; we encourage you to check with your provider.
What to Expect
Step 1: Initial Consultation – $300
Meet with a licensed psychologist to discuss your concerns and determine the best-fit evaluation. This fee is credited toward the cost of testing.
Step 2: Testing Appointments
Spread across one or more sessions, depending on age and complexity..
Step 3: Scoring & Analysis
Our clinicians score and interpret your results with care and clinical precision.
Step 4: Feedback Session
Receive your personalized report and work with your provider to understand next steps.
