I provide a calm and compassionate environment for individuals to grow and to heal. I utilize the idea of holistic well-being and pull from a variety of modalities to assist in the therapeutic process. Some modalities I use include, Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing Therapy (EMDR), Internal Family Systems (IFS), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Mindfulness.

 

I take a person centered approach and believe that a healthy client-therapist relationship is essential to the therapeutic process.

 

I work with adults 18+ and have special interest in working with women, individuals navigating life transitions, trauma, grief, individuals impacted by Alzheimer’s Disease or related dementias, caregivers and perinatal mental health.
