“Being a nurse is more than a job—it is a way of life.”
Pamela Rosen is a dual-certified Family and Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with over a decade of advanced practice experience and a lifelong commitment to holistic, person-centered care. She currently practices in Primary Care in Bedford, NH as well as with Compass of Hope, where she delivers integrated physical and mental health services across the lifespan. For the past four years, she has operated autonomously within a team of primary care providers, managing acute and chronic illnesses and maintaining a panel of over 800 patients.
Pamela brings more than seven years of expertise in Medication-Assisted Treatment (MAT) and has supported individuals facing substance use disorders, including opioid, alcohol, stimulant use, and binge eating disorders. Her treatment approach includes Suboxone, Sublocade, Vivitrol, Naltrexone, and evidence-based modalities such as motivational interviewing and radical acceptance.
In addition to primary care, Pamela specializes in psychiatric care for patients dealing with depression, anxiety, ADHD, mood disorders, personality disorders, autism spectrum conditions, and mental health concerns related to aging. Her experience spans integrated care models, combining medical, psychiatric, and complementary approaches tailored to individual needs.
Pamela’s clinical background includes urgent care, home health, public health nursing, and pediatric psychiatric care. She has held roles at Dartmouth Hitchcock, Cheshier Medical Center, Elliot Medical Center, and the Visiting Nurse Association of Manchester, among others. Her dedication to excellence was recognized in 2019 when she received the Elliot APRN of the Year award.
She holds a Post-Master’s Certificate in Psychiatric Mental Health from Rivier University, where she also earned her Master of Science in Nursing (Family Nurse Practitioner) and undergraduate nursing degrees. She is trained as a Sexual Assault Nurse Examiner (SANE) for both adult and pediatric populations and has completed numerous specialized trainings in MAT, integrated behavioral health, and trauma-informed care.
Passionate about service, Pamela has volunteered with organizations including Casa de Esperanza, BRIDGES of Nashua, and refugee health programs. She believes deeply in the power of connection, compassion, and hope—and in the role of nursing as a lifelong calling to care, heal, and advocate
