Diana Dumais

Diana Dumais is a pre-licensed counselor currently completing her Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at New England College. She takes a Person-Centered and Integrative approach to therapy, fostering a collaborative and supportive environment where clients feel safe to explore their challenges and work toward meaningful change. Diana believes that all individuals are capable of growth, even when it feels overwhelming or uncertain. Her goal is to walk alongside her clients as they identify areas of struggle, process difficult experiences, and move forward with renewed confidence and a stronger sense of self. She has experience working with individuals navigating anxiety, depression, relationship trauma, sexual assault, substance use disorders, disordered eating, and PTSD. Diana is also trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), a specialized therapy for treating trauma. Diana is passionate about helping others reconnect with their inner strength and take steps toward living a more empowered, authentic life.
