Brittany Barberian, LCMHC, LCPC, LMHC
LCMHC, LMHC, LPCP
Brittany is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in New Hampshire, Massachusetts, and Maine, and is EMDR-certified through EMDRIA. She founded Compass of Hope Counseling with a clear mission: to provide high-quality, accessible mental health care to individuals across New Hampshire. The name Compass of Hope holds deep personal significance. At the end of her second residency, Brittany’s professor handed each student a small compass, saying, “Use this to find your way if you ever feel lost.” That moment stuck with her, and she believes that hope is the compass guiding us through life’s most difficult moments. Too often, people seek therapy feeling lost, unseen, or unsure of their path—and it is hope that begins the journey toward healing. Brittany is passionate about creating a welcoming, inclusive space where individuals of all ages, genders, races, sexual orientations, and abilities can feel safe to explore, process, and grow. She and her team are committed to ongoing professional development through advanced trainings and research to ensure they offer the most effective and compassionate care possible.
