Gared is a the team lead clinician for the Concord office, coming from a background of clinical and administrative leadership. Gared takes a person-centered approach to both client and supervisee experiences, focusing on trust and rapport as the foundation to growth and change. He has 6 years of experience treating veterans / active duty service members and first responders, specializing in trauma-informed treatments such as Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT) and Written Exposure Therapy (WET). Gared takes a compassionate approach to counseling, ensuring comfort, trust, and open dialogue. He has a passion for group therapies and has worked in many different levels of care (residential, intensive outpatient, etc.). Gared's 9 year old dog, Dakota, is emotionally support certified and has worked with clients in the past, providing pet-assisted therapies and general comfort.
