Student Intern

Brooke is a graduate student intern in the Clinical Mental Health Counseling program at Southern New Hampshire University. With a passion for working with children, teens, and families, particularly those navigating blended family dynamics, Brooke focuses on helping clients manage anxiety, depression, attachment, and adjustment disorders with empathy and care.
Drawing from a person-centered and strength-based approach, Brooke integrates elements of Adlerian theory, Humanistic Theory, Biopsychosocial Theory, and mindfulness practices to support clients in building resilience and achieving personal growth.
Her professional experience spans a variety of settings, including long-term residential programs, group homes, vocational schools serving high-risk adolescents, individual placement services, and community mental health. These experiences have shaped her dedication to creating safe, empowering spaces where clients feel seen, heard, and supported.
Brooke is committed to fostering meaningful therapeutic relationships and walking alongside individuals and families as they navigate life’s challenges.
